Refunds

If Eagle Commander is not for you, you get your money back within 30 days of the purchase, for any reason, and you do not have to give one.

How to ask

• Use the link in Paddle’s receipt, or go to paddle.net and find your order with the e-mail address you bought with; or
• write to support@eaglesoft.si with the order number from the receipt, and we will start the refund for you.

Paddle, our reseller, pays the refund back to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows there within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

After the refund

The licence ends with the refund, so please stop using the key. Eagle Commander never checks keys over the internet, so it will not switch itself off; we trust you on this.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong. A fault we cannot fix is a reason for a refund at any time, and your statutory rights as a consumer are never limited by this policy.
